HAVANA NIGHT
A guava sour inspired by Co-founder Jason Santamaria's Cuban heritage and crafted to be enjoyed on hot summer night. This TROPICAL inspired berliner-weisse is fermented with fresh pink GUAVA puree for a SOUR, yet REFRESHING, CITRUS finish with a pink hue.
Parings include - cuban sandwiches, maduros (sweet plantains), watermelon salad, and goat cheese.

This Beer's Second Self
I've always wanted to make a beer with Guava. Since I was a kid it has been one of my favorite fruits. I remember having a fresh guava as young as four with my grandfather and still remember that sweet-tart taste. Since then I've mostly had it prepared in jelly or paste form since it is hard to get a good ripe guava in GA. Over the past year, I've been working to find a good reliable source for fresh and delicious guava and finally was able to secure a great tasting source. We bring you a beer that not only captures the taste of this amazing tropical fruit but we developed a few new brewing processes to create the perfect amount of sweet-tart taste.
